1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The return policy of the seller, whose products are sold on our website (hereinafter, the "Seller"), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods, or of the last item if your order consists of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since receipt of the item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of your receipt).

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request within the stated timeframe will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform KLEVORIA of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) sent to hello@klevoria.com
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
You must include a customs declaration form CN22 or CN23 and classify the package as "returned goods."
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
3. RETURN POLICY
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires, which ends from the moment the item is handed over to the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As an exception to section 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, liquids, gases, or flammable products

EXCHANGES
If you wish to obtain a different item from the one originally ordered, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unsuitable item.
4. PRODUCT RETURNS
To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by email, you will receive a return address to which you can send your products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. REFUNDS
If you request a refund in accordance with the terms of this policy, we will send you all payments received from you (except for any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered free of charge on our site), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and are beyond our control.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card issuer, and then your bank, as processing delays are common. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@klevoria.com
Sale Items (if applicable)
The same policy applies to sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are free and available for all items, including damaged ones or in case of sizing issues. Only return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@klevoria.com
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
